Secondary Reporting

Agencies and organizations can participate in secondary reporting, whereby the training results of their personnel who opt in are released to authorized training managers.

• User registration field to opt into secondary reporting
• Reported results available only to specific training managers designated and approved by the organization
• Removes the need to present paper certificates and transcripts or submit via email to supervisors to prove program completion
• Reported results for each user include full name, ID number, each program name, each program completion date, and number of credits earned for each program
• Managers can log in any time to view results
• Training results can be filtered by date
• Ability to search training results by last name or personnel ID number specific to the organization
• Approved training managers and supervisors have access to a password-protected page when they log in that displays training results for all opt-in users
• Administrative system allows entry of all organization details and assignment of viewing role to specific training managers
