The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation came to Stonehouse Media with the idea to expand the resources on the Fire Hero Learning Network to offer Operational Checklists to assist fire departments in conducting major operations safely and according to recommended practices. The checklists, developed by recognized experts and leaders in the fire service, detail the typical major tasks to be conducted during a particular type of operation. Stonehouse worked with the NFFF to design a feature that allows departments to either download a standard checklist or customize the checklist contents and branding for their department. To date, there have been over 6700 downloads of customized and standard checklists.
