Here are our “Top 10” results from our work with our clients this past year, reaching over half a million members of the fire service.
- Debuted 7 new fire service training modules on our clients’ custom online learning networks.
- Expanded into new training topics, including fatal fire investigation, emergency vehicle safe driving practices, psychologically healthy fire departments, drivers’ education for young people, and response to fires in the wildland-urban interface.
- Added an “Instructor Mode” feature to our clients’ online networks to facilitate instructors’ use of online training modules content in their classes.
- Added world language capabilities to our online learning network platform to deliver fire service training in multiple languages.
- Hosted and managed multiple webinars and virtual live events on our clients’ networks with up to 1000 registered attendees per event.
- Developed fire service health and safety campaigns in print, video, and social media.
- Grew their registered user base between 8.5% and 18.5%, adding up to 22,000 new users in one year.
- Expanded their Internet and social media presence through SEO and SEM managed by us, with up to 42,000 followers.
- Launched a new association website designed and built by us and integrated with the client’s implementation of our online learning network.
- Produced multiple fire service health and safety videos for training and promotion online.
Our work on behalf of these clients served over 550,000 users across all the fire service networks on the Stonehouse Media Online Learning Network platform.
