Working with subject matter experts identified by the International Association of Arson Investigators, Stonehouse Media documented critical best practices in fire scene evidence collection and produced video, still photography, and written content to support delivering those best practices to thousands of investigators in the field across the world via web development of a dedicated website. The IAAI’s Fire Scene Evidence Collection Guide was the first comprehensive, vetted, freely available website to provide guidance in how to properly collect dozens of types of physical evidence using procedures that correctly preserve the evidence and withstand the rigors of criminal and civil court proceedings. The Guide’s visual web design and straightforward content organization and presentation makes it easy to navigate, understand, and retain these key procedures so they become part of the investigator’s daily practice.
